Responsibilities of the position:

The Behavior Change Communication Specialist is responsible for the promotion of effective and sustainable hygiene practices through ABCDE approach among the marginalized and vulnerable population in the intervention areas of South Asia WASH Results Project-II (SAWRPII). He/She will prepare the implementation plan of hygiene promotion interventions and rollout the BCC package in the field for the sustainable behavior changes of the target audiences with the participation of Partner staff (both NGOs and Union Parishads) and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:
At least Postgraduate degree, preferably in Social Sciences / Development Studies/ public health or other discipline with specialization in behavior change communication in WASH or Health sector. minimum least 2-3 years’ working experience within the BCC in WASH or Health sector in Bangladesh will be highly preferred.
