Job Description / Responsibility:
- Arranging and maintaining reception services including greeting and managing the visitors in the office with courtesy
- Well conversant about operation for PABX System
- Receive/transfer calls, distribute and handle all Couriers & official documents
- Maintaining registers of all incoming calls, messages, visitors’ entry etc.
- Coordinate in arranging Official Meetings
- Any other tasks assigned by the Management time to time
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum Higher Secondary certificate
Experience Requirements: At least 1 year(s)
Gender: Female
Age Limit: Not exceeding 40 years
Job Location: Dhaka
Salary Range: Negotiable
