Job Description / Responsibility:
- Have to receive call from customers, have to assist them and have to try to sell our products to them.
- Coordinate information to customers about product and Specification, order and checkout including after sales support.
- Perform phone conversation with customers to answer their questions, provide information and solve their problems.
- Have to answer customers emails.
- Ensure follow up through emails, phone or any required means.
- Inform customers of new deals and promotions.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor/ Masters degree from reputed Public/ Private universities of Bangladesh.
- Having experience on CALL CENTER will get priority.
Experience Requirements:
- 1 Year
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Centre Supervision/Management
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Customer Care, Call Centre, Telecommunication.
Gender: Female
Age Limit: Not exceeding 40 years
Job Location: Dhaka
