Job Description / Responsibility

• Focus on demand generation/ Volume building for key products in identified markets/towns.
  
• Share monthly update on end user engagement tracking – planned vs actual.
  
• Connect with Builder /home owner to specify Dr Fixit in new construction projects. Waterproofing System presentation to be done by BDM for specification.
  
• Dr Fixit Experience center management with execution as per agreed six-month training calendar.
  
• Track competition activities for the defined segment including pricing, schemes, new skus, new product introduction, demand generation initiatives, etc.
  
• Develop a source of the relevant materials POS/ AVs/ Demo kits, Sales Builder, etc. And ensure the same is regularly updated and shared with the distribution partners/ field force
  
• Market share mapping for the identified/ focus segments & Identification of the opportunity area for business development
  
• Maximizing networking opportunities and regularly using conferences, events and trade shows to
  
• increase awareness and develop a further network of contacts.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEng) from any reputed university will get preferences.
  Bachelor of Science having wide-ranging experience in any sales and trade channel development work with reputed organizations.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 year(s) in relevant role
  
• Preferred candidates would have work experience associated industries / paints/ cement .
  
• Candidates working in sales / trade marketing in FMCG can also apply.
