Petromax Refinery Ltd (A sister concern of Youth group in BANGLADESH) would like to appoint Engineer (Maintenance & Utility)) for its newly built petroleum refinery plant situated at Mongla port industrial area, having capacity of 2500 BPSD. The plant consists of atmospheric distillation, Naphtha Hydro treating unit (NHT), Catalytic reforming unit (CRU) and LPG plant.

Currently the company is looking for a person in the following position;

Job Description / Responsibility:
   
  • Preventive and Schedule Maintenance works for centrifugal pumps and reciprocating pumps
  • Preventive and Schedule Maintenance works for Reciprocating Compressor and Screw type instrument air Compressor.
  • Capable of Pipeline design and drawing (AutoCAD 2D, 3D & Solid Works).
  • Preventive and Schedule Maintenance works for Air Cooled Heat Exchanger, Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers, Plate and frame Heat Exchangers etc.
  • Preventive and Routine Maintenance of Fire tube boiler and Hydrogen generator.
  • Clear Conception and work on WTP (Media filtration process, Reverse Osmosis process, Demineralization process).
  • Good knowledge on industrial Cooling Water Systems.
  • Good Knowledge on NDT technique (Hydro test, MT, UT, RT, PT, in-service inspection etc.)
  • Understanding and maintenance of mechanical kits commonly used in process Industry e.g. Valves (ball, gate, globe, butterfly, electrically controlled butterfly, solenoid valve, check valve, FCV, UV/shut off valve etc.), Pressure Safety Valves, hydraulic and Pneumatic systems, Regulators, Pressure Gauges etc.
  • Should Have Clear Knowledge on Isometric drawing,
  • Design, measurement, Fabrication (welding, grinding, gas cutting etc.) with safety for Erection purposes.
  • Preventive and Schedule Maintenance knowledge on Diesel Generator (16 cylinder, 2285KVA).
Educational Requirements:
   
  • B.Sc Engineer (Mechanical)
  • Preference will be given to the Candidates of BUET, RUET, KUET and CUET.
Experience Requirements:
   
  • 2/3 years in relevant field
