JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
- To perform business analysis keeping in mind company culture and market needs
- To develop business process flows and ensure efficiency as well as effectiveness in different services both internal and external
- To implement the business model and take corrective measures for improved delivery customers
- To expedite activities related to commercial operations
- To work with Administration, Operations, Marketing, IT, Customer Care , Finance -Accounts, HR & Inventory department for improved service delivery
- To advise management on different business issues
EDUCATION:
- BBA /MBA/ Masters in commerce / Sociology/ Development studies background from any reputed university
- English Medium background is highly preferred
BASIC CRITERIA:
- Writing Skill: To be able to write draft the Different type of Letter, Proposal, Notice / Memo, Meeting minutes in correct English
- To be able to develop training module
ADDITIONAL CRITERIA:
- Minimum 3-5 years direct experience in relevant area NGO / PROJECT based company
- Pro-active, smart, result oriented, SELF MOTIVATED , SELF –DRIVEN and well disciplined
- Skilled on observation or feedback, methodology/statistics, Problem solving capacity & timely delivery
- Must have knowledge on project implementation activities & Commercial operations
- Ability to take challenge and work independently with own initiative
- Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 2007/2010 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
