Jobs Responsibility/ Description:

• The successful applicant will be expected to actively participate and contribute to learning and development.
• Should have a love of children and teaching.
• Should be able to speak, understand and write accurate English.
• Should have the ability to facilitate a safe learning environment where students are allowed to explore concepts and apply them to real life situations.
• Must have knowledge of effective classroom management strategies.
• Should be able to generate and mark assessments that accurately determine students’ performance.
• Must be able to write detailed lesson plans.
• Must be creative, energetic and have a passion for teaching young learners.
• Participate in the school/after school activities.

Educational Qualification:

• Honors/Masters in relevant subject
• O and A levels background and CIDTT trained candidates will get preference.

Jobs Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in the English Medium School.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be a practicing Muslim/Muslimah and should offer five times daily Salah.
• Should agree to work in an Islamic Environment following Islamic dress codes and other rules and regulations.
• IT knowledge in MS Words, Excel and Power Point software is essentially required.
• Excellent English & Bengali speaking and writing skills.
