Divisional Sales Manager, Sales
Department: Marketing
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support HOD / In-charge to develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales target
  • To conduct various marketing intelligence, researchers to have updates information on sales trend and that of competitors strategies
  • To prepare and implement short, mid and long term marketing plan
  • To conduct different types of training programs for Sales & distribution team
  • To undertake frequent visits to the field to meet Agents, Retailers and assess the activities of our own & competitor sales people
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and present to the Supervisor
Educational Requirements:

  • MBA major in Marketing or equivalent
Experience Requirements:
 
  • The applicants should have minimum 5 years experience in management position in the related field. Otherwise please DO NOT APPLY
Additional Job Requirement:
 
  • Strong leadership & interpersonal skill
  • Committed and result oriented with positive attitude
  • Strong analytical; ability and knowledge & exposure ¡n MIS field will be preferred
  • Age below or equal to 35 years
