COMMUNICATION OFFICER
Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers over the phone
Conducting telephonic survey to obtain required information
Preserving documents
Replying teacher’s queries and handling objections
Receiving teacher’s feedback
Any other task assigned by the management
Requirements
Experience:
Fresher’s can apply.
Call center work experience / training will be prioritized
Education: Minimum Graduation from any discipline
MS Office Skill: Adept in using MS office applications especially in MS Excel
Other Skill: Interactive listening, Appropriate pronunciation, Effective speaking and Clear writing skills
