Deputy Executive, PMD Executive, PMD

Key responsibilities:

  • Conducting feasibility studies in identifying and selecting new molecules,  and developing molecules for launching.
  • Preparing promotional budget and promotional materials for assigned brands.
  • Formulating promotional strategies and action plans.
  • Implementing marketing strategies through market analyses for both existing and new brands on regular  basis.
  • Establishing good rapport with the doctors and healthcare providers by paying regular field visits.
  • Arranging training, orientation and refreshing courses  on new and existing products for new  & existing sales/ marketing people.

Qualifications & skills:

  • M.Pharm with excellent academic background from reputed university.
  • Smart, dynamic, hard-working, creative & self-motivated.
  • In-depth analytical skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well conversant in MS  office and internet.
  • Good command in both Bengali and English.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conceptualizing new brands, monitoring  the growth & life cycle of the products, managing matured brands. 
  • Developing market research, marketing strategies & launching newer molecules to cater the unmet medical needs.
  • Implementing marketing strategies through market analyses to establish new brands  and nurture existing brands.
  • Forecasting annual, monthly, quarterly sales budgets and  monitoring both short term and long-term sales growth of assigned brands.
  • Supervision in developing  promotional tools and action plans.
  • Exerting outmost efforts in generating prescription to increase the demand of the company’s products by paying regular field visits.
  • Organizing promotional campaigns and need-based scientific seminars with different specialties of doctors to strengthen relationship and develop corporate image.
  • Arranging training, orientation and refreshing courses  on new and existing products for new  & existing sales/ marketing people.

Qualifications & skills:

  • M.Pharm with excellent academic background from reputed university.

  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Well conversant in MS  office and internet.
  • Good command in both Bengali and English.
  • Experience in similar position is preferred.
