Product Management Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and select new molecules, conduct feasibility studies and develop molecules for launching
• Prepare and develop necessary promotional materials for assigned brands
• Formulate promotional strategies and action plans for assigned brands
• Prepare marketing plans for assigned brands and monitor marketing activities
• Implement  marketing strategies through market analyses for both existing and new brands on regular basis
• Arrange training, orientation and refreshing courses on new and existing products for new & existing sales / marketing people

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Pharm/ M.Pharm with excellent academic  background from reputed university
• In depth analytical skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Well conversant with MS office and Internet
• Experience for the positions of Executive & Sr. Executive is required

Salary and other benefits: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

• Search overseas business opportunities and communicate with foreign delegates on regular basis
• Design & develop promotional and packing materials for assigned countries
• Prepare export documents like dossiers and registration documents required for international markets
• Interacting with overseas customers for registration of new products in their countries and coordinating with regulatory authorities and concerned departments in the factory for required documents

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Pharm/ M.Pharm with excellent academic  background from reputed university (MBA will get preference)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Must have sound knowledge of global generic markets
• Should have adequate knowledge in registration procedures of different countries
• Should have good command in English
• Export related work experience is mandatory
