Position: Head of Sales & Marketing

ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT
At this managerial level, job holders are expected to demonstrate responsibility and initiative to respond independently to various queries with only general guidance. There is a requirement to use judgment in dealing with unforeseen operational problems on a daily basis.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
To prepare sales plan for all five P2P units and to achieve target.
Develop strategy for all the P2P brands in alignment overall sales & marketing plans.
To prepare yearly Sales & Marketing budget and to maintain business center wise cost aiming to profitability
Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet company objectives, evaluate customer research, study market conditions, competitor data, analyze future demand and finally to ensure business achievement.
To identify new market and customer and to plan for specific program for business expansion.
Reporting Sales, Marketing and Customer Complaint Reconciliation report with correction plan to the CEO, every fortnightly & monthly.
Strictly follow up and evaluate team performance, to encourage and train team taking higher responsibilities and to perform towards higher Excellence. The long term goal would be to introduce KPI to measure individual and departmental performance.
Creating and continuing a sustainable professional relationship at different levels of existing and new customer organization, publication and media agencies
Lead material pricing, new product launching and promotional activities
Coordinate with advertising & research agencies as well as consultants to develop suitable brand initiatives to position the brand in keeping with the above identity
Keeping up liaison with all Regional Govt. Officials, Corporate Executives and Businessman for running the business efficiently.
DESIRED EXPERIENCES FOR ENTRY INTO THE ROLE
Experience in using ERP/MRP systems, preferably Visual Business Systems;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint;
Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team-based environment;
Excellent attention to details;
Highly organized and process-driven;
Must be proficient in English & have good communication skill;
Dedicated to the pursuit of continuous improvement.
STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
BBA (4-year)/MBA from reputed University or Business School with Professional Certificate on Marketing, Sales, Branding & Promotion.

Contract Type: Full Time
Salary Increment: Based on Performance
Probation Period: 06 (Six) Months
Duty Station:Gulshan, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Nationality: Bangladeshi only
Job Experience: 8-10 Years working experience in managerial role in relevant field and organization
Salary: Negotiable
