About the role

Based in Faridpur, the “Support Staff” is responsible for perform various basic administrative duties, such as serving beverages to the guests or staff, handling and paying all utility bills, greeting visitors and so on. Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.


  • Providing information to callers, greeting persons entering organization and directing individuals to correct destination.
  • serving beverages to the guests or staff, handling files and papers, greeting visitors and so on.
  • Working for Bank work and payment all kinds of bills of Electricity, Gas, Water and any others
  • Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
  • Disseminating information through telephone in absence of Receptionist
  • Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
  • Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
  • Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
  • Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels of employees and others offices.
  • Delivering facsimiles and transmitting them, and performing any related internet search tasks.
  • Should know using a variety of office equipment, such as fax machines, printers and copiers, as well as computers
  • Training new employee regarding the office clerical duties, when needed.
  • Helping the accountant, admin officer, receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.

About You

Essential experience, knowledge and skills:

  • Secondary School Certificate (SSC)
  • Minimum of 03 years of professional experience in the Support services  
  • Dynamic and creative, keen to learn, can collaborate with multiple groups and inspire others, takes responsibilities for on-time delivery
  • Fluency in Bangla and English language and proficiency in computer application
