About the role

The “Accounts and Admin Coordinator” is responsible for finance, accounts and administrative management at central level. The role will conduct the financial monitoring of different projects of PAC in Bangladesh. Under the supervision of Manager PAC, the financial and admin coordinator will ensure that the financial and administrative operations are following PAC’s directives and adapted to donor requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the financial accounting records of the project and ensure that it is in compliance with the requirement of PAC/donor.
  • Oversee the grants management process. Ensure consistency of project expenditure with approved budget.
  • Regular monitoring of all finance & administrative activities and prepare all necessary reports in relation to these aspects.
  • Ensure the procurement of all goods and services as per budget provision and PAC/donor guideline.
  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of audit and ensure that all financial records are maintained according to audit standards.
  • Assist in preparing/arranging meetings, workshops, seminars and conferences including drafting budget.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team and manage office facilities.
  • Carry out other project related duties as and when assigned by the supervisor.

About you

Essential experience, knowledge and skills:

  • Master degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in financial management and accounting in and NGO, preferably INGO. 
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural team and meeting deadlines.
  • Dynamic and creative, keen to learn, can collaborate with multiple groups and inspire others, takes responsibilities for on-time delivery.
  • Fluency in English language and proficiency in computer application
