Oxfam is looking for dynamic team players under Policy & Advocacy department of the following positions.

Campaign Coordinator
[Ref. INT5775]

This is managerial position and the incumbent reports directly to the Policy & Advocacy Manager. It is regular post of the country programme, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh

Roles & Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to ensure effective implementation of campaign projects on agriculture, climate change and trade related issues in partnership with local and national partners. You need to ensure people and project (including financial management) efficiently and maintain relationship with a broad range of stakeholders. You are expected to deliver good quality of project proposal and donor reports.

Qualification, competencies & skill required:

You need to have an academic qualification of Masters in Social Science or Business Administration with 5 years working experience on campaign and advocacy. Sound understanding on relevant policy issues with excellent written and oral proficiency both in English and Bangla required.

Reward & Benefits:
An amount BDT 11,59,800 will be paid per annum gross with other benefits e.g. medical, provident fund and gratuity

Campaign Officer
[Ref. INT5776]

This is mid level managerial position and the incumbent reports directly to the Campaign Coordinator. It is 7 months Fixed Term post of the country programme, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh

Roles & Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to manage a EU funded project on climate change and ensure quality delivery of result and submit report as per plan. You have to manage partnership through regular follow up and frequent field visit, build capacity of partners, maintain contractual assignments and track utilization of budget.

Qualification, competencies & skill required:

You need to have an academic qualification of Masters in any discipline with at least 3 years working experience partnership management and donor correspondence. Sound understanding on development context of Bangladesh with excellent written and oral proficiency both in English and Bangla required.
