Oxfam GB is a registered charity in the UK registration number 202918 working in over 80 countries around the world. Its operation started in Bangladesh since 1970 having registration with NGOAB as an INGO (registration number 79). Oxfam works with others to alleviate poverty and sufferings and implement various development as well as humanitarian response projects throughout the world.  
 
Through this auction advertisement, Oxfam is calling for financial proposals from capable & reputed institutions or individuals as outlined in this request for proposal and the terms and conditions contained herein:

Interested organizations/individuals are required to submit necessary bid documents in form of hardcopies and also electronic format by using the prescribed forms (Annex-1) and in line with instructions given in Auction documents.
