Position: Sr. Executive/ Executive - Maintenance (Mechanical)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the entire mechanical maintenance works of the factory.
• Keep historical record of breakdown and remedial actions of production machines and utilities of the factory.
• Prepare monthly maintenance report.
• Prepare action plan for routine maintenance to prevent breakdown of machines & utilities used in production.
• Assist in purchase plan of spare parts, lubricating agent, utility materials and others.
• Maintain the record of spare parts of all machines and equipment in the factory and ensure the availability of spares.
• Review maintenance documents as per ISO guideline.
• Ensure the functionality of Fire Fighting system of the factory.
• Prepare SOP of utility machines.
• Maintain and look after workshop activities.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements:

• Age at most 30 years
• Experience in Hygiene/Paper /Consumer Products Manufacturing Industry.
• Proficient in Computer Operation specially in MS application
