Summary of Responsibilities

  1. Having a commanding personality and leadership style with knowledge of preparing the duty roster for security guards.
  2. Ensure all Security Documents are updated and filed properly.
  3. Skills for Investigating the accidents, incidents, suspicious acts/Person(s) and prepare report thereof.
  4. Knowledge on security equipment will be an added advantage.
  5. Good liaising skills with Bangladesh Police and Ansar authorities.
  6. Knowledge on security equipment will be an added advantage.

Position Requirements

Experience

1) Minimum 4-5 years of work experience, preferably in Multinational Companies, Infrastructure Development / Construction Companies.

Educational Qualifications

Graduate /Masters from reputed University /Institute.

2) Working as a Security Officer preferable.

Language Skills

Must be Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  1. Able to write reports, follow instructions and communicate effectively.
  2. Ability to make quick decisions.
  3. Have working knowledge of technical equipment, like CCTV.
  4. Have excellent computing knowledge – Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet, other applications.
  5. Flexible with Working Hours.
