Summary of Responsibilities
  1. Manage Security Officer/ Police Van driver weekly Rota, schedule pick-up - drop-off of Japanese & Expatriate Staff, prepare manpower bills for Security supply Company.
  2.  Knowledge of security drill, Capable of controlling Police and Ansar those are deployed at project for the foreigner safety.
  3. Patrol premises for staff security, ensure safety of company vehicles, monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points, entry security.
  4. Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy/procedures, restrain trespassers. Control traffic by directing drivers.
  5. Record observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities and make reports, interview witnesses, obtain signatures.

Position Requirements

 

 

Experience

1) Minimum 15 years of work experience, preferably must be Additional S.P. in Bangladesh Police or above. Assistant S.P. level officer can be considered /Construction Companies.

 

Educational Qualifications

 

Post Graduate Degree from reputed University.

2) Working as a Security Manager/ Coordinator preferable.

Language Skills

Must be Fluent in English.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  1. Able to write reports, communicate effectively, in English.
  2. Ability to make quick decisions, while maintaining all considerable compliances.
  3. Have working knowledge of technical equipment, like CCTV.
  4. Have excellent computing knowledge – Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet, other applications.
  5. Flexible with Working Hours.
