OSJI JV, a Joint Venture of four Japanese Multinational Companies (Obayashi Corp., Shimizu Corp., JFE Steel Corp. & IHI Corp.) for the Construction of Kanchpur, Meghna, Gumti 2nd Bridges & Rehabilitation of Existing Bridges, a Project of The Roads and Highways Department (RHD) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), is currently seeking candidates for the following post:
Position Quality Control Inspector Job Type Contractual
Job Location KANCHPUR Site, KMG Bridge Construction Project. Scope of work Substructure

Summary of Responsibilities
  • Must have very good knowledge in Laboratory work.
  • Must be known Implement the quality control as per require.
  • Must have structural and road works specific technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Must have knowledge to make create and maintain document control database.
  • Must have enough knowledge in quality assurance work.
  • Must have creativity problem-solving ability.
  • Must have the ability to work as a team Manager.
  • Must have effective communication skill to liaise with team members and others involved in the design process.
  • Must have knowledge checking materials as per specifications and codes.
  • Must have written communication and the ability to write reports.
  • Must have time management, organization, and the ability to work to deadlines.

Position Requirements
  Experience 1. Minimum 5 years. Work experience in Foreign Infrastructure Development Companies /Construction Companies preferred.  Educational Qualifications B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.  (Any Reputed University)
2. Working as Quality Control Inspector for minimum 2 years in present company. Language Skills Must be Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Remuneration  
Gross Salary Negotiable Work Hours 8:00 – 17:00 (Saturday- Thursday)
