Summary of Responsibilities

Responsibilities for Head Admin: -

  • Having adequate knowledge about international tender bidding/participation.
  • Having abilities to frequently coordinate with Tokyo HQ Japanese management regarding bid issue.
  • Having abilities to arrange meeting schedule setup with Obayashi Corporation high officials and Bangladesh Govt high officials or JICA or Japanese any company or agency.
  • Supervising or monitoring ability & knowledge to coordinate with Bangladesh Government various sectors.
  • Should have negotiation ability or skills.
  • Have a good IT skill and Knowledge of Excel function.

Position Requirements

 

 

Experience

1. 5 to 10 years working experience in Foreign Infrastructure Development Companies /Construction Companies preferred.

 

Educational Qualifications

 

MBA /M.com/MSc
(Any Reputed University)

2. Working as Head Admin for minimum 3 years in present company.

Language Skills

Must be Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
