Summary of Responsibilities
  • Manage Driver for Japanese Staff & Expatriate staff daily / weekly schedule pick-up - drop-off Accommodation to Site office.
  • Patrol premises for staff security, ensure safety of company vehicles, monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points, entry security.
  • Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy/procedures, restrain trespassers. Control traffic by directing drivers.
  • Record observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities and make reports, interview witnesses, obtain signatures. Knowledge of prepare monthly Security manpower bills.

Position Requirements

 

 

Experience

1) Minimum 5-7 years of work experience, preferably in Multinational Companies, Infrastructure Development /Construction Companies.

 

Educational Qualifications

 

Graduate /Masters from reputed University /Institute

2. Working as a Security Officer preferable.

Language Skills

Must be Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Able to write reports, follow instructions and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to make quick decisions.
  • Have working knowledge of technical equipment, like CCTV.
  • Have excellent computing knowledge – Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet, other applications.
  • Flexible with Working Hours.
