Summary of Responsibilities

Responsible for “Admin Assistant”: -

  • Supervise and monitor Office pantry and general affair works.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized work area through supporting staffs.
  • Consumable and asset management.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office tools and maintain administrative documents.
  • Event, party, meeting arrangement
  • Must ensure quality of office environment
  • Follow up admin work progress, Prepare of POI, Estimating, Bill Checking.
  • Controlling the office boys and preparation their daily duty roster.

Position Requirements

 

 

Experience

1. Minimum 3 years working experience in Foreign Infrastructure Development Companies /Construction Companies preferred.

 

Educational Qualifications

 

Graduation / Masters (Any Reputed University)

2. Working as Admin staff for minimum 2 years in life-time career.

Language Skills

Must be Fluent in English.
