Summary of Responsibilities
|
|
Responsible for Senior QS Engineer –
- Preparation and submission of Interim Payment Application (IPA) as well as negotiation to the Client.
- Experience in preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with detailed estimates, new rate and price adjustment.
- Knowledgeable in preparation of Variation order and Additional Claim.
- Evaluate and Check sub-contractor claims and monthly payment application.
- Knowledgeable in Cost Control including Revenue cost and Quantity Control.
- Well-verse in Contract Document preferably FIDIC based Contract.
- Letter draft related to Control Subcontract.
- Preparation of Subcontract agreement either Work Orders, supply agreement etc.

1. Minimum of 10 years working experience in Foreign Infrastructure Development Companies /Construction Companies preferred.

2. Working as QS Engineer for minimum 10 years in Road and Bridges Project.

Educational Qualifications

B.Sc. in Civil Engineering. (Any Reputed University)

Language Skills
|

Must be Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
