Summary of Responsibilities |
Responsible for all HR operations/procedure related to Recruitment and selection of Local and Expatriate staff, Payroll, Disciplinary and Grievance, Leave Management, HR/General Policy Proposal & Improvements, Yearly Performance Evaluation, Administration and General Duties as assigned by Management.
- Assist HR department in the recruitment and selection of support staff, provide adequate training, orientation, and motivation to subordinates to complete tasks.

Position Requirements |
Experience
|
1. Minimum 5 years. Work experience in Multinational Companies, Infrastructure Development /Construction Companies preferred. |
Educational Qualifications |
MBA with HR from reputed University /Institute. |
2. Working as HR officer for minimum 3 years in present company. |
Language Skills |
Must be good at English for writing and speaking. |
3. Must have excellent knowledge in excel formula functions. |
