The candidate will have to develop new markets in other divisional cities.
Senior Manager/Manager, Sales to develop and deliver our B2B sales and marketing strategy to ensure future growth and profitability for the company. You will lead a sales team and help us reach new customers/markets as well as develop existing accounts.
While working closely with the CEO, Manager/Sr. Manager will manage all aspects of the B2B side of the company working with key customers.
You will be given yearly sales targets that you will need to meet.
About you as a Business Development Manager/Senior Manager:

- You should have experience of sales/business development and managing others to get results.
- You should be driven by success and know how to analyze data to help feed into future strategies.
- You should have a good understanding of B2B sales strategies and be confident with managing the sales pipeline/funnel for the company.
- You should be personable and excellent at building and maintaining relationships with our customers to maximize sale opportunities.
- You should be willing to lead and develop your sales team to achieve maximum potentials.
Education and experiences:
- The candidate must have BBA/MBA from any accredited university
- He/She must have at least 5/6 years’ hands-on experience in the field of enterprise/B2B sales in any reputed organization
- The candidate must have good communication skills in English and Bengali.
