Head of Business Development
Job Responsibilities
- Prime duty to promote and market of the products and Services that dealing with.
- Exploring new business scope.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
- Analyze risks and opportunities.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).
- Playing active and significant role by providing various promotional tools and techniques like out- sourcing, advertisement etc. to our customer i.e. banks.
- Handling all marketing issues regarding prosperity & further enhancement of the Company business.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Commerce (MCom) / MBA in Marketing, Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE or any other qualification with relevant work experience.
Experience Requirements
- 7+ years work experience especially in Software companies in marketing sector
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Analyst, Project Manager (IT System), Business Development, Sales/ Marketing, Project planning
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, E-commerce, Investment/Merchant Banking, IT Enabled Service, Multinational Companies, NGO, Overseas Companies, Public Relation Companies, Software Company, Venture Capital Firm
Job Location: Dhaka
Salary: Negotiable
