Job Description / Responsibility

  • Deal with the customer face to face.
  • Listen & understand customer’s query clearly.
  • Provide solution to the customers as per company policy.
  • File and maintain records of every dealing issue.
  • Follow-up and measure the solution status.
  • Handle the cash carefully & submit it to the concern person.
  • Provide daily reports to concern unit.

Educational Requirements

  • Graduation with excellent communication skill in both Bengali & English.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office.
 

Experience Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements 

  • Age 20 to 30 year(s).
  • Female only.
  • Fresher’s are encouraged to apply. 1 to 2 year(s) experience will be an added advantage.
