Job Description:
To manage, direct and oversee the day-to-day operation of housekeeping department and laundry facility. Supervise performance of housekeeping staff. Ensure facility is clean and sanitized for all guests and employees. General

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all operational and safety procedures are properly followed.
  
• Establish schedule and plan daily work assignments.
  
• Train and coach employees in laundry, housekeeping and dry cleaning.
  
• Manage customer housekeeping problems.
  
• Inspect and approve staff work performance.
  
• Demonstrate leadership and training to staff.
  
• Order cleaning materials and maintain budget.
  
• Create a motivating environment of sincerity, warmth and honesty for staffs.
  
• All other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Nature: Full time

Educational Requirements: Minimum Graduation

Experience:

• 06 to 08 years working experience in the relevant fields.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotels/Resorts and Group of Companies.

Additional Requirements:

• Age should be Minimum 30 years.
• Must have computer literacy (MS Office and Hospitality related software)
• Have the ability to work well under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
