About Misham Agro Industries ltd (MAIL)

Misham Agro Industries Ltd. established in 2011, a business enterprise based in Sirajganj, involved in Poultry, Fish & Cattle feed production, marketing & sells. MAI Ltd. devoted all efforts to increase productivity of poultry, fish & cattle at farmer’s level with a view to increase income at farmers, distributor and entrepreneur level.

With the past experience  of 5 ton per hour capacity feed mill, the management of MAIL already taken steps to increase production capacity of feed mill by establishing additional two unit of feed mill having 10 tons poultry cum sinking feed mill & another 5 tons capacity floating feed mill.

The Management of MAIL believes that simply sell of any product .do not give good result unless there is after sell service i-e. Technical Service. So it decided to extend technical services to farmers, dealers  through Technical personnel.

 
Technical Services Manager/ Asst. Manager
  

Job summery:

Technical services officer/ Asst. Manager/ Manager will visit customer/ dealers as well as farmer’s farm, Fish & cattle development farm and provide technical advice to increase farm level production. More specifically

  • Diagnosis of the disease and advice treatment for poultry/cattle/fish farm.
  • Identify the constraint, limitation to enhance productivity and provide suggestions and guide lines to overcome the problem.
  • To provide training to the farmers & distributor/dealers about the production Management technology of poultry, fish & cattle.

Job Nature: Full time

Educational requirement:

  • DVM/ Bsc/ Msc (Fisheries/ Marine Science & Fisheries/ Animal husbandry).

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years in transfer of production technology, veterinary services and fish production  technology.

Additional Requirements: Maximum 30- 35 year’s age

Job Location:

  • Narsingdi, Pabna/ Sirajganj/ Rajshahi/ Rangpur/ Dinajpur/ Jessore/ Comilla/ Mymensingh/ Khulna/ Sylhet./ Barishal / Chittagong

Salary: Negotiable.
