Plan, negotiate, agree and control the annual sales- and expense budgets in order to achieve sales turnover and gross-profit targets on his/her responsibility; Understanding the actual situation of each account, considering their strengths and opportunities, in order to maintain clarity about the vision and strategies to be followed with them.
Develop Marketing Plans to achieve log-term strategies; this will need to include New Product Development, Communication Strategy (Trade & Consumer) in order to increase Market Share targets.
Initiate, plan, negotiate and control in- market sales and (trade) marketing activities of the designated responsibility or accounts, including launch of new products in close co-operation with the Marketing Department.

Represent Omron in fairs, congresses and exhibitions in order to increase brand awareness, educate the market and gather market- and competitor information.
Develop his/her customers to its maximum potential through customized business plans implementation in order to achieve and exceed the business expectations related with sales volume, category growth and profitability, always looking for new business ways.
Design, negotiate and maintain control under the investment of the Promotional Fund, analyzing the results of the main activities.
Responsible for maintaining the right alignment between the customer´s listing costs and OMRON invoicing system.
