Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager

Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Candidate is expected to have a strong Accounting background with sound knowledge in generally accepted accounting principles, computerized accounting programs, Company Law matters, Taxation and other related issues.
  • He will Assist the Head of Finance and Accounts and be responsible for over all Group Finance, Accounts, Tax, Internal Controls, Risk Management and Strategic Planning Functions.
  • Prepare and analysis of financial statements, Forecasting of cash flow, Costing, Budgeting, profit-loss etc.
  • Ensures the fund received & disbursement/payments & reconcile it time to time.
  • Prepare, distribute and archive audit reports and conduct audit follow up at the same time design & development of internal audit tools & systems.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all fixed assets, payroll activity for staffs and Monitor banking activities of the organization.

Educational Requirements:

  • M.Com/ MBA in Accounting/ Finance from reputed University.
  • CA/ ICMA/ ACCA will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 8-10 years in Management Position of Accounts/Finance Department of a large Industrial Organization/ Multinational Organization.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Audit, Cash Management, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Strategic Planning etc.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Publications, Media, Real Estate, Information Technology, Agro Industry, Audit Firms etc.
  • Must have comprehensive Knowledge of modern financial management in relation with audit.

Salary Range: Negotiable
