Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Responsible for full control of Accounts and Finance department of the company.
  • Ensure maintenance and preparation of accounts as per requirements of the organization and in compliance with the regularity bodies.
  • Asset liability management and fund management.
  • Financial planning and financial engineering.
  • Prepare Budgets and manage cash flows to ensure efficient execution of plans.
  • Profitability analysis, cost analysis and cost control.
  • Internal & external financial reporting.
  • Revenue and capital expenditure management.
  • Strategic planning, designing and implementation of effective management information system.
  • Liaise with auditors including statutory & internal auditors, tax authorities, statutory bodies & banks.

Educational Requirements:

  • Should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA).
  • MBA/ICMA/ ACCA will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:  Must have minimum 12-15 years of experience in reputed group of companies.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of working experience in financial control along with 3-5 years same/equivalent position experience.
  • Strong consulting, negotiation, problem resolution, mediation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work within a fast-paced, high-change environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a team while creating a highly empowered organization.
  • Age minimum 35 year(s)
