Omera Cylinders Limited (OCL), a safety, health & environment compliant organization & subsidiary of MJL Bangladesh Limited, is setting up a state-of-the-art LPG Cylinder manufacturing Plant at Company’s own land in Notunbazar, Habiganj, Sylhet.

The Company is now looking for energetic, ambitious and motivated individual for immediate appointment to fulfill the following position.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Responsible and accountable to coordinate  a LPG Cylinder Manufacturing Plant Operations, Expansions etc. with numerous avenues
• Sufficient technical knowledge and awareness of details to be able to recognize when technical problems are developing in  various disciplines, and to initiate appropriate corrective actions accordingly
• Communicate with authorities for statutory approval/certificates as and when required
• To act as a lead to execute the Project Expansions in a well-coordinated & synchronized way
• Coordinate with different cross functional departments based in corporate HQ to ensure required support especially in areas of supply chain, budgetary planning & control etc.
• Oversee planning and implementation of production plans including receiving sales forecasts; requisition for procurement of raw materials; and manufacturing of products.
• Lead the CAPEX decision making process in line with long term strategy.
• Develop systems and processes that track productivity, waste rate, performance targets to measure the performance of the team and to ensure highest return on assets.     
• Lead the coordination with all local & international vendors for technical assistance.

Job Specification:

Experience & Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc Engineering (Mechanical/IPE) from a reputed Public or Private University of Home or Abroad
• 7-8  years’ experience in relevant field of Oil & Gas in a Managerial Position preferably in LPG Cylinder Manufacturing Plant/LPG Industry
• Good Analytical, interpersonal and communication skill is essential.
• Effective computer skills; Microsoft Office Software and discipline specific software applications (AutoCAD etc.) & ISO implementation would be added advantage

Job Location: Mainly Omera House, Dhaka as well as cylinder manufacturing plant in Habiganj as per requirement.
