Job Description / Responsibility:

• Responsible for finding medical equipment (reagent & rapid tests) related tenders through various sources.
  
• Reading Tender Documents & finding requirement,creating BOM.
  
• Managing Tender Documentation for quoting tenders; Laisioning with Banks;
  
• Evaluate feasibility of filing the tender with risks/rewards
  
• Coordination with sales, engineering and operations teams on documentation and tender logistics Costing estimation and tender pricing with sales team
  
• Client communications (Letters, Proposals) during evaluation

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Under Graduate and Post graduate in science background.

Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in medical equipment related tender in Govt. and private hospitals and civil surgeons offices across Bangladesh.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Must be responsible, selfmotivated, selfstarter, personable and well organized
  
• Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations
  
• Proficiency in the use of personal computers including MS Office software including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  
• Analytical ability in reviewing tender documents and mapping them to billofmaterial / requirements.
  
• Should have good writing skills for client communications
  
• Should be willing to take on multiple responsibilities and manage the overall business implications
