Position: Territory Sales Officer (TSO)
Job Description / Responsibility:
- Responsible for achieving the given sales target.
- Leading and controlling the sales force for the designated area.
- Ensure strong coverage as per product range in every potential outlet.
- Monitor & coordinate day to day operation of sales force.
- Capable to handle 8-10 sales officers and large number of distributors.
- Work as per PJP (proposed journey plan).
- Work in retail level along with sales officer for boost up sales.
- Gather information about competitor’s activities and inform to RSM in time and determine the market size, share and potential.
Educational Requirements:
Experience Requirements:
- 5-7 years experience in retails sales.
