Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Job Description / Responsibility:
- Lead, control, supervise and motivate sales team for the designated region.
- Responsible for achieving the given sales target.
- Responsible for handle large number of sales force and distributor.
- Prepare action plan for day-to-day business operation in the market.
- Monitor & coordinate day to day operation of sales force.
- Prepare and follow-up the monthly PJP (proposed journey plan) for Sales Officers/subordinates and submit the same to the line manager.
- Work in retail level along with sales officer for boost up sales.
- Gather information about competitor’s activities and inform to the line manager in time and determine the market size, share and potential.
- Conduct shops scouting quarterly.
Educational Requirements:
- Graduation & post graduation
Experience Requirements:
- 7-10 years experience in retails sales.
