General Manager, HR & Admin (Male)
Job Description / Responsibility:
  • Develop appropriate HR policies, processes and practices in the organization as per management`s directives
  • Develop organization structure with appropriate reporting matrix to attain the optimum operational efficiency
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in recruitment and selection processes and ensure that a fair recruitment policy is followed
  • Plan, develop and implement performance appraisal and employee development programs
  • Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters
  • Implement successfully training and development related processes to meet the ultimate goal of the organization
  • Ensure that the grievances and disciplinary procedures are attended and initiated as per the law of the land
  • Overall administration management which includes attendance & leave management, staff management, security management, vendor management, transport management, events management etc.

Educational Requirements

  • MBA / Masters degree in HRM from a reputed University,

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 8year(s) of experience in similar position.
