Job Description / Responsibility:
- Develop appropriate HR policies, processes and practices in the organization as per management`s directives
- Develop organization structure with appropriate reporting matrix to attain the optimum operational efficiency

- Plan, coordinate, and participate in recruitment and selection processes and ensure that a fair recruitment policy is followed
- Plan, develop and implement performance appraisal and employee development programs
- Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters
- Implement successfully training and development related processes to meet the ultimate goal of the organization
- Ensure that the grievances and disciplinary procedures are attended and initiated as per the law of the land
- Overall administration management which includes attendance & leave management, staff management, security management, vendor management, transport management, events management etc.
Educational Requirements
- MBA / Masters degree in HRM from a reputed University,
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 8year(s) of experience in similar position.
