• Take overall responsibilities for all sales activities of the company.
• Developing & implementing comprehensive sales strategic plans and policies.
• Monitoring the execution of marketing strategic, plans, policies.
• To ensuring significant business growth of the company through formulating & implementing effective marketing and sales policies, tools & techniques.
• Create a professional marketing plan, motivate sales & marketing team.
• To understand contract and lease deeds.
• Visit extensively different organization / work sites in assigned zone for developing new business/ creating new customers
• Creating sales and marketing reports for top management when needed.
• Plans, arranges and executes promotional activities for all product and services.
• To promote sales and ensure sales target for the company.

Educational Requirements:

• BBA / MBA in Marketing with scholastic result.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 6year(s) of experience for sales & marketing in Real Estate sector.
