• Implement the company product sales & marketing strategy analyzing trends and results.
• Carrying out competitive sales study, market survey, analysis business activities of competitors in the market.

• To develop new ideas & strategic to improve business.
• Corporate sales to be carried according to the company’s requirements.
• Identify corporate needs and propose needs analysis and solutions for them, where required
• Achieve monthly & annual sales target.
• Conduct sales presentation, negotiate sales transactions, and follow up on business opportunities.
• Administer pre-sales and post-sales client relationship and manage account receivables
• Manage prospect database through follow up calls, updating prospect status and account ownership.
• Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
• Developing new clients & maintaining good relationship with existing client, building & strengthening relationship continuing proactively to engage with clients.

Educational Requirements:

• MBA or equivalent Masters degree in Marketing with scholastic result.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience for sales & marketing in Real Estate sector.
