Job Description / Responsibility

•  Maintenance and Troubleshooting PCs approx.50-70 and Software.
• Computer networking (Specially TCP / IP) and network troubleshooting.
• Providing support for hardware and networking at the central & branch offices.
• Maintain administration of server, networking and technology.
• Setup and maintenance of ICT equipments in the organization.

• Troubleshoot laptops, and other IT peripherals.
• Maintenance and management of ERP, CCTV and other IT equipment.
• Maintain the administration of the organizations network infrastructure, install desktop PCs, servers, laptops, photocopiers, faxes, printers, network equipment and IT software applications.
• Maintain Virus detection, removal and prevention for all system problems.
• Defining and comply overall security policy of ICT and electronic appliances.
• Make sure overall ICT based compliance and smooth function of security department.
• Organize customization and automation administrative activities, procedures, practices, and work methods to increase work effectiveness and efficiency.
• Negotiate with the service providers and the contractors for renovation, repair and other activities of ICT based activities.

Educational Requirements

• Graduation or Diploma in Computer Science with scholastic result from any reputed Institutions.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 year(s) of experience in similar position.
