Job Description / Responsibility

• Sound knowledge on various land documentation process.
• Solid knowledge on land registration, mutation, transfer procedures.
• Capability of price negotiation to buy lands for the company.
• Ability to deal with land owners, land brokers, and related Govt. organizations.
• Keep liaison with different regulatory authorities, government offices, and other relevant bodies.

Educational Requirements

• Master’s degree at any reputed university with scholastic result.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 8 year(s) of experience in Real Estate sector.
