Director, Sales & Marketing (Male / Female)
Job Description / Responsibility:
  • The Director Marketing is primarily responsible for outbound product-centric activities, such as presale support and product demonstrations. Relying on their technical skills help customers understand how the product delivers the necessary value and functionality that address the customers business or consumer problem. The Head of Marketing`s other objective is to provide critical input to product planners on customer needs and problems.
  • Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
  • Oversees and evaluates market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
  • Meet key clients, assisting Marketing Executives for maintaining relationships, negotiating & closing deals.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
  • Develop a strong integrated marketing team. Ensure best practices in the development of marketing programs including the writing and sharing of strong creative briefs that will result in creative communications that are on strategy, on brand, and on deadline.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with prompt service & quality.
  • Acquire industry knowledge to best serve the corporate customers.
  • Lead and conduct negotiations.
  • Providing management with market feedback/ achieving sales target.
  • Identify potential clients and contribution best service to the Client.

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA or equivalent Masters degree in Marketing with scholastic result.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 year(s) of experience for sales & marketing in Real Estate sector.
