Production Manager (Bakery)

Job Brief:
Company starts its new venture in the biscuit and wafer. We are looking for experienced “Production Manager” to organize and oversee the manufacturing goods. We expect from candidate planning, coordination and control of manufacturing process and also considered as one of the senior position in the factory.

Main Responsibilities

• Understanding and develop recipe from the foreign suppliers.
• Ensure quality of production.
• Knowledge on product costing.
• Maintain and control baked items.

Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills

• Must have patience & competence to work under pressure.
• Capable in managing the operations professionally and handling all the problems confidently.
• Must possess good communication skills.
• Adequate knowledge about hygiene and cleanliness in factory environment.
• Conduct Hazard Analysis (HACCP).

Experiences

• Must have relevant 6-8 years job experience in reputed biscuit industry.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc in Food Engineering/Technology from a reputed industry. For experienced person’s education might be considered.
