Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Assist the Head of the department in her everyday office works
  • Any other Secretarial works assigned by the Head of the department
  • To take care all the travel related tasks
  • Receive or forward calls, email messages to respective department.
  • Maintain database of different various reports, addresses, and contacts on.
  • Greeting visitor or delegate and providing them necessary information if required.
  • Arranging dates and appointments for any given meeting.

Job Nature: Full Time

Educational Requirements:

  • Preferred Graduate/BBA from any recognized university with major in HR.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Age 22 to 28 year(s)
