Job Description / Responsibility:

  • The successful candidate has to be able to handle technical/repair of IT relevant hardware products & integrated software services, like Access Control & Attendance devices /CCTV/ Barcode Printing Solution/Security System/Point Of Sales hardware/RFID Solution etc.
  • Capable of generating pre-sale/after sales achievement from potential prospective customer.
  • Deal professionally by identifying product’s technical problems.
  • Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with individual or corporate customers.
  • Provide daily basis R&D and customer visit report to the departmental supervisor.
  • The candidate must be willing to travel extensively at all circumstances

Job Nature: Full Time

Educational Requirements:

  • Diploma Engineering in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science / EEE
    OR, Educational qualification may reconsider; subject to at least 5 years practical experience on same product line as a hands on technician / skilled track record in similar service enterprise.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements:
The applicants must have technical experience in the following business area(s):

  • Computer enable hardware, network solutions companies, IT Enabled Service Provider, Office Automation & industrial AIDC solution
  • Strongly preferred technical expertise in ITES, hardware installation, repair job or service tasks such as item: Electronic Security System / Access Control & Time Attendance System / CCTV Cameras & DVR-NVR / Barcode Printers & Scanners / Point Of Sales hardware / RFID Solution.
  • Up-to-date in industry relevant IT knowledge. Adept in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Candidates with technical product selling background are preferable
  • Hard working, willing to undertake challenge; tendency to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent in product demonstration to customer.
  • The candidate must be willing to travel extensively at all circumstances
  • Age not exceed 32 year(s)

Salary Range: Negotiable
