Customer Service Manager (CSM)
Job Description/Responsibility
- Ensure Flawless Services.
- Deliver high standard of Customer Service.
- Ensure Proper control/ compliance in the Branch.
- Marketing products and services to the prospective client.
- Thorough checking of all personal loan documents.
- Monitor the business for achieving the Goal.
- Anti- Money Laundering activities reporting and other Branch reporting.
Qualification and Skills:
- To ensure one stop service for customers and monitor that customers are not routed to different desks
- Branch vault cash management, monitor teller counters, notes sorting, withdrawal/deposit of cash from/to feeding branch etc.
- Knowledge on all Bangladesh Bank regulations.
- Familiar with banking products and back office operations.
- Having practical knowledge and experience in Centralised banking and branch operations.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Graduation in Marketing/ Finance/Accounting/Banking/ Economics; Preferably MBM/MBA/M.Com from reputed universities with minimum CGPA 3.00
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience as CSM with 5 years Banking experience.
Additional Job Requirements
Age preferably 30 to 35 years
