Assistant Manager, QC
NTO Division (Tongi Plant)
Responsibilities:
- Your overall responsibility will be to ensure relevant activities of Stability section of the plant as per Novartis Quality System and Standard.
- You will also be responsible for Stability studies of OSD products as per ICH, EMEA, Reporting, trending and sample management, Deviation management, investigation of OOT & OOS.
- Chamber calibration, qualification, maintenance & temperature-humidity data reporting are also within the scope of this role.

Educational Requirements
- M.Pharm/ B.Pharm/ M.Sc from a reputed University
Job Requirements
- Age: 25 to 35 years
- 6-8 years of working experience in pharmaceutical company. At least 2-3 years of experience in the similar role.
- Hands-on experience of managing Stability operations team.
- Change agility, strong interpersonal skills set.
- Courage and ability to take appropriate decision on time.
- Adequate skills in computer applications.
- Capability to run project independently.
- Excellent communication proficiency both in English & Bangla.
