Currently we are looking for experienced individuals for the below mentioned position.

Assistant Manager, QC
NTO Division, Tongi Plant


Your overall responsibility will be to ensure relevant activities of Stability section of the plant as per Novartis Quality System and Standard.

You will also be responsible for Stability studies of OSD products as per ICH, EMEA, Reporting, trending and sample management, Deviation management, investigation of OOT & OOS.

Chamber calibration, qualification, maintenance & temperature-humidity data reporting are also within the scope of this role.

You must have:

  • M.Pharm/ B.Pharm/ M.Sc from a reputed University
  • 6-8 years of working experience in pharmaceutical company. At least 2-3 years of experience in the similar role.
  • Hands-on experience of managing Stability operations team.
  • Change agility, strong interpersonal skills set.
  • Courage and ability to take appropriate decision on time.
  • Adequate skills in computer applications.
  • Capability to run project independently.
  • Excellent communication proficiency both in English & Bangla.
