You must have:

• Fresh B.Sc. degree in Physics/ Chemistry or Diploma Engineering degree in Mechanical
• Analytical abilities, expandable learning agility and a self-driven attitude
• Adequate skills in computer applications
• Excellent communication proficiency both in English & Bangla
